ACCESS DENIED ERROR PROBLEM:

If you receive an "ACCESS DENIED" error message when accessing our webcast recording, the reason is that your virus protection software (like Norton Anti Virus or Norton Internet Security) or your corporate firewall prevents sending the regular "HTTP Header" with "Referring URL". Try the following.

Below are the many different reasons why you may have ended up with this situation:

1) You have Symantec Norton Anti-Virus installed.
If so, NAV deletes the value of the "Referring URL". Thus our feed server cannot confirm the URL page where you are coming from.

This is the solution around it:
Open Norton Anti Virus...
Select Privacy Controls Tab...
Click the Custom Level Button...
Un-Check the check box that says "Enable Browser Privacy"

2) You have Symantec Norton Internet Security installed.
If so, NIS deletes the value of the "Referring URL". Thus our feed server cannot confirm the URL page where you are coming from.

These are the solutions around it (depending on NIS version):

a) Open the Norton Internet Security screen
Select Status and Settings
Click Privacy Control, and select Configure.
Click Advanced.
Select Global Settings.
In the section called "Information about visited sites" select Permit.

or
b) Open the Norton Internet Security screen
Click on Privacy Control
Click on Custom Level
Uncheck the box that says "Enable Browser Privacy".

or
c) Open the Norton Internet Security screen
Click on Privacy Control
Click on Turn off.

3) You don't have Symantec Norton NAV or NIS, but still can't watch the video feeds.
Then the problem is with your browser version.
You need to upgrade your browser to the latest version of either Netscape or InternetExplorer.

4) Someone gave you this link to watch videos without first visiting MIM main pages.
That is not allowed. You must come through MIM pages.

5) None of the above
