We recorded and encoded this event for web streaming with Windows Media version 9. It is now available with an optimum streaming speed of 375 kbps (kilo-bits-per-second).

Users with broadband connection (like DSL, Roadrunner or a Cable TV company cable modem) have an effective data speed of 700 kbps or more.

On the other hand, users with dial-up modem have an effective data speed of 32 kbps. These can only listen to the audio portion of the event.

If you right-click on the playing video image and select "ZOOM - FULL SCREEN" you may watch it on full screen, too.
While watching it in FULL SCREEN, you may click ESCAPE to go back to the INDEX view of the webcast with a smaller image of the video.

This recording will be available for a few months.
